Keemala Resort Phuket – Hotel & Resort Review

Nature + Design + Wellness = @keemalaphuket !

After visiting many beaches in Phuket, I decided to try something a little different. Keemala Resort Phuket is simply out of this world! It’s high up in the mountains, so the weather and scenery are often quite different from what one might normally expect of Thailand.

Arrival experience:

A car from the hotel picked me up at the side of the island. I had a relatively enjoyable drive to the resort.

Villa at Keemala Resort Phuket:

I stayed in the Bird’s Nest pool villa, which had beautiful views of the sea. Greenery covered the exterior view. This truly made it feel like an exotic stay in the jungle. The room itself was trendy and beautiful with unique décor, and breakfast was amazingly good. The bed was super-comfy with a net all around, in addition to a big screen that hosts a variety of TV and music channels. Soft drinks in the mini-bar are free. Additionally, I even managed to get Peach to arrange for some of the drinks to be switched out for other drinks we preferred.

There was a very large bathroom with a shower and an enormous bathtub! I enjoyed the large terrace space as well as the indoor space. Furthermore, this was deep enough to boast a small jacuzzi at one end. As with the bedroom, the bathroom was fantastically designed with a massive stone bath and a central shower.

Service at Keemala Resort Phuket:

the staff here were exceptionally polite, courteous, and helpful. I had my room serviced by K, who did an excellent job answering all my queries and ensuring my stay was as lovely as possible!

Food:

All the food at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is utterly delicious. The Indian meal prepared by the talented on-site chefs stood out for me, which also managed to meet my particular dietary requirements.

Overall:

If you are a lover of nature, design, and wellness then @keemalaphuket is a brilliant stay.
